Digitizing

Digitizing is the process of converting your logo or other embroidery artwork into a file that is compatible with the specific embroidery machine. We charge a one-time digitizing fee based on the size and detail of the the artwork.

How do I get started?

If you already have a logo or design, you may upload it here (link to form) and tell us about your design in the comments. For example, are you looking for hats, polo shirts, jackets, duffle bags, etc? If you are unsure what size your design should be, we are happy to make suggestions based on the garment choice. Once your order is received, we will contact you within 24 hours with an estimate for your project.

Do you provide the garment or do I?

We can do it either way. If you are not local, it may be more cost effective to order items from our sources.

What if I do not see what I need?

If you don’t see your specific project on our list of services, please contact us. We have other sources for textiles to showcase your style.

When will my order be ready?

Please allow us seven (7) business days to complete your order.

Please allow up to two (2) weeks to complete your order during the start of the school year and around the winter holiday season, as we experience an increase in orders.

What is the minimum order?

We have no minimum order! No project is too small!

What if I want to re-order the same design?

No problem! We keep detailed records of all your prior orders, including the logo and design used. Anytime you would like to have your company apparel reordered, just call us and let us know what sizes you need.

How can I pay for my order?

We accept Visa, Master Card, company checks and cash. Call us or fill out the form here to make the necessary arrangements.

Do you require a deposit?

We require a 50% deposit when placing your order, due after your order is placed. The balance is due upon completion of your job.

What image file formats do you accept?

We work with jpg, eps, ai, and pdf files.
